What are your shipping options and rates?
Flat Rate SHIPPING we use a flat rate of $25 per order in for all orders shipping in Canada via Canada Post. Update November 19, 2024 - While Canada Post is on strike you can expect a significant delay in your order being shipped out to you. Please plan and set your expectations accordingly. Consider shopping instore or shopping online and picking up in store at your convienience. We apologize for this issue but we are at the whim and will of Canada Post in this situation and we can not afford to ship via higher priced courier services at this time. We will update as the situation evolves.
In store pick-up is also an option. Just click and collect! All In Store pick-up orders must be picked up by the person who made payment and present payment card and government issued photo ID. We will contact you via email when your order is ready to be picked up. Our store address is 11947 224th Street in Maple Ridge BC.
Delivery. All orders will be delivered to the address you provide to us when completing your purchase on this website provided that address you provide to us is correct and complies with our shipping restrictions contained on our website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipping contract with carriers. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website will pass to you upon delivery of the items by us to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments. See General conditions for turnaround time.
Christmas Exchanges/Returns - Items purchased as Christmas gifts between Oct 20th and Dec 24th 2024 are able to be exchanged/returned as per our policies outlined below up to January 15th 2025. Original receipt or gift receipt is required for any exchange or return for store credit. We do not issue refunds. Please continue reading below for full details.
Exchanges Exchange or in-store credit only within 14 business days from date of purchase. Sorry- but no refunds on any purchases. Your receipt, any tags and all packaging must be intact. Sale/Discounted items are a Final Sale. - no credits, exchanges or returns on Sale Items.
Footwear and Clothing must not be worn or washed. For product exchange for Size / Model The Customer is responsible for costs returning the goods to Monkey Business Kid's Boutique 11947 224th Street Maple Ridge BC V2X 6B2 . Monkey Business Kid's Boutique is not responsible for sold out stock to swap with.
No Refunds will be made. Please be sure when you make your purchase that it is the item you are looking for. Exchange or Store credit is our online and in store policy.
Returning an item for exchange In order to return an item via mail (within the 14 day return policy) please contact us first at [email protected] and provide us with a description of the issue (photos help too) and a scanned image or photograph of your original receipt. We will not process any returns or exchanges without a copy of the original receipt or a gift receipt. No exceptions. All costs of the return to Monkey Business Kid's Boutique are born by the original purchaser and not the responsibility of Monkey Business Kid's Boutique. The original purchaser also bears the cost of any shipping for the exchange of product.
